The engagement
One workflow, ten business days, one fixed price.
A forward deployed engineer scopes the workflow with you on Day 1, runs a prototype on your data by Day 5, and hands over a staging deploy or a production-ready pull request on Day 10. Full refund at either checkpoint if it isn't there.
- Day 1
- Brief signed, one sentence
- Day 5
- Prototype on your data, or refund
- Day 10
- Pull request in your repo
Next kickoff: · One Sprint at a time

- Support
- 30 days of async support after handoff. Something breaks in week three, you write, we fix.

What we take on first
Low risk
Internal drafts and summaries that a person reviews before they are used. Most first Sprints are here.
Medium risk
Workflows that touch customer-facing data, with explicit human review before any output reaches a customer.
High risk
Anything legal, medical, compliance or payments related, or anything acting autonomously toward customers. We decline these as a first Sprint and rescope them to a lower tier.
Is the Sprint for you?
This is for you if
- You lead product at a founder-led B2B SaaS company.
- You have one workflow in mind and a person who runs it today.
- Your data sits in one system you can export.
- One decision-maker can answer within a business day.
- You want the code in your repo, not a deck.
This is not for you if
- You want to "add AI" without a user and a trigger.
- You need a full AI transformation.
- Your data is not accessible yet.
- Nobody on your side can review during the ten days.
- You need guaranteed production deployment regardless of your infrastructure.
What you need to bring: read-only codebase access, sample data, and one decision-maker who answers within a business day. About five hours of the founder's time across the ten days, most of it on Day 1.
Questions about the Sprint
How is this different from an AI consulting firm?
We ship a working workflow into your codebase by Day 10; a consulting firm delivers a roadmap. Same category as the deployment companies OpenAI and Anthropic launched in 2026, at a founder-tier price.
Can you guarantee production deployment?
No. Production depends on access, infrastructure and third parties we do not control. If production is blocked, the deliverable is a staging deploy or a production-ready pull request your team merges.
Do you build agents?
When the workflow needs one: tool calls, lookups in your systems, multi-step outputs, often through MCP servers. Every first Sprint keeps a person approving anything that leaves the company.
Do you handle compliance, security, SOC 2 or GDPR?
No. The workflow is built to pass through your existing compliance posture; the review itself is your team's work and is out of scope.
What happens after Day 10?
Your team runs it with the rubric and playbook. A second workflow is another Sprint at your first price, booked within six months. There is no retainer required to keep the first one running.
Want one useful AI workflow in your product?
Score your workflow in two minutes, then book a 15-minute Scoping Call. If it fits, you leave the call with a Brief draft and a kickoff date.
Prefer a two-hour scoping session before committing? The Discovery Day is $500, credited to the Sprint.
