About
Eupraxic.
From eupraxia: good practice. A firm built on one observation: the artifact is the truth. The code shipping is the substance; the document is the imitation.

Nasser Ghanemzadeh
I'm a former CEO and CPO with 17 years of product leadership. I exited Nivo, a B2B fintech with 200K+ users, after growing revenue 450%. I was founding head of product at Pangouan and co-founded the Iran Startups community and the Finnova accelerator. Today I build Vectig with Claude Code and MCP every day, and I run Eupraxic's Sprints myself. Eupraxic is one engineer for now; the method is written down so it will not stay that way.
Eupraxic is one engineer today. The method, the rubric, the playbook and the book exist so that the second engineer starts from the same standard.
What we believe
The gap between an AI pilot and a workflow in production is a deployment problem. The models are good enough for most of the work founders want done; what is missing is someone who scopes the workflow, defines a good output, and ships it into the product.
The person who closes that gap is an engineer inside the customer's team, working in their codebase, with their data and their users, rather than a consultant writing recommendations from outside it.
A firm that ships the first slice in ten days learns more than one that plans for a quarter. Each Sprint tests the method against a real codebase, and the method gets better each time.
